Hey guys :)
So, I am currently searching for fertilisers, and I am going to print that soon. I am kind of busy as I have to make sure my VIA (Values-In-action) group is at the same speed as the teachers because this project will really contribute to some of our subjects. It's really difficult when you are the group leader and everyone rely on you. You need to make sure everyone knows what is going on, what should they do, what's the homework for VIA. Well, in fact, I am a supposed to make sure that my group complete their homework like English Composition, etc.
I believe that if you want to have a group which is on task and always hand in quality work to the teachers, all of the group members must contribute their effort/hard work in many different ways which can benefit the whole group. This can also affect the group's reputation, in a positive way.
Whenever my group seemed clueless about what is happening or maybe when we committed a "crime",I will feel very guilty although it should be the whole group's fault. It is my duty to make sure everyone knows EVERYTHING that is happening. As a leader, you may feel pressurized sometimes, but if you get used to it and think positive, you will not feel that way. It's like you have adapted to that kind of "torture".
Well, mine is just the beginning.
I would like to emphasize on this point. Everyone is leader. To be a leader is not like being the chairperson of the class or the leader of a group. Everyone can be a leader. Actually, you ARE already a leader because you are controlling your life. You make the decisions for yourself. Small or big, it is still a decision. You also make changes to certain things that you find it disturbing or frustrating in you. That is also a decision and you choose one of the options. Whenever someone makes a remark that involves yourself, you obviously would reply,
"It's my life, not yours"
This also can be seen as:
"I am the leader. I control my life. If you want to get involve in this, be my servant"
But, this does not mean that you control EVERYTHING in your life. Your parents also control your life but as you grow, you can observe the change, Your parents will slowly let you go. As in, the decisions that you make, they won't force you, they will just advice you and give some suggestions. For me, my parents still do help me to choose the right choice because I know that sometimes, I would end up choosing the wrong one and I'll regret it.
Conclusion: To be a leader is not something to be proud of, this just show that you are carrying heavy responsibilities and people do trust you.If you choose the wrong option, the consequences are not small but ginormous.
So yeap, I guess, that's all for today.
